City council voted unanimously in favour of a motion put forth by Real Estate and Land Development Department to close portions of 28 Street, 42 and 44 Avenue North, 34 and 36 Street North and an extra road allowance which travels through Sherring Industrial Park near the future site of the Cavendish plant.
