Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation recently released a report on Alberta housing starts for October 2012, and Lethbridge is up over last year.

Lethbridge saw 49 housing starts last month, compared to only 25 last October. All other housing starts  were at 37, up from 14 last year. Total starts last month sat at 86, more than twice than the 39 in 2011.
