Joint venture partners First Capital Realty Inc. and Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada have completed their purchase of the 7.9-acre Molson Brewery site at the intersection of 104th Ave. and 121st St. in Edmonton.

The sale by Anthem Properties Group Ltd. was finalized Feb. 28.
