EDMONTON – Employers in Edmonton expect a positive hiring climate for the first quarter of 2013, according to the latest Manpower employment outlook.

The survey found 26 per cent of employers plan to hire between January and March, while three per cent expect cutbacks, said Randy Upright, CEO of Manpower. Another 69 per cent of employers plan to maintain current staffing levels.
