A dramatically altered plan to develop a small, irregular lot on Dunmore Road was partially approved by the Municipal Planning Commission on Wednesday.
Originally neighbours vehemently objected to the plan by a sign company to build a drive-thru hamburger stand and large LED billboard at 1505 22nd Street S.E. – a currently vacant lot across Dunmore Road from the Crestwood.
