A new report released Monday by a not-for-profit air quality monitoring organization shows levels of sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide in a 4,500 square-kilometre airshed around Alberta’s Industrial Heartland are all trending down over the past nearly three decades.
