We’re now getting a better idea at City Hall on how much and how long your utility bill will increase to pay for a whole swack of new sewers and other upgrades. An eight year plan — which is just the first phase of a decades long plan — will see a 30-60 cent a month increase. That higher utility bill will continue to grow for years and years, until it tops out at a $96 a year hike.
