With just two months left to the city’s municipal election one local politico says this year’s mayoral race is still anyone’s game.

“There’s no clear frontrunner yet,” said University of Alberta political scientist James Lightbody Thursday. “Right now everyone’s just making contacts, getting signs and websites ready, tightening their platforms, that kind of thing.”
