Question: We live in a townhome-style condominium, and are wondering how to get more members on the board, as we have not had an annual general meeting in two years. At present, there are only four members on our board, and we have been told we cannot elect more without an AGM. With things the way they are with COVID, is there some way to get around this? We need new people on our board, because the current board has made some irresponsible decisions. Please help!
