A new Catholic elementary school was identified by the Medicine Hat Catholic School Board as one of their priorities in their capital projects plan. The province now wants them to identify a site on where to put the school, somewhere south of the TransCanada Highway. Superintendent Clyde Pudwell said one location under consideration in Saamis Heights, may be too small for their needs.
