The latest RICS Residential Market Survey, released this morning, suggests that buyer and seller sentiment appears to have improved noticeably in many parts of the country since Boris Johnson’s landslide win last month. Surveyors expectations around the number of properties which will be sold, both in the first quarter of 2020 and over the course of this year, have risen significantly.
