A world-renowned food advocate is giving Edmontonians and University of Alberta students something to chew on.

Best-selling author and food activist Raj Patel spoke at Edmonton’s city hall Wednesday to challenge the perceptions of food and culture as well as educate Edmontonians about the global food economy.
