After a long time in the works, a joint project between several of Leduc County’s smallest communities has now officially come into being.

The 39/20 Alliance, a body comprised of members from Calmar, Thorsby, Warburg and Brazeau County’s Breton, was signed into being at a ceremony held in Warburg  on Wednesday, Nov. 28.
