Alberta Human Services recently released their Monthly Labour Force Bulletin for the Lethbridge–Medicine Hat region. The region saw a drop of nearly a full percentage point, the largest drop in unemployment in the province.

Unemployment in Southern Alberta was at 5.1% in October 2012, but that dropped to 4.2% last month.For reference, it was slightly lower at 4.1% at the same time last year.
