Plans to revitalize a 1960s-era strip mall near northwest McMahon Stadium will be in city council’s hands Monday.

Stadium Shopping Centre is poised for major changes, including a proposed multi-storey mega plaza earmarked for offices, retail, restaurants, medical offices and a hotel.
