An update on the 2011 Environmental Master Plan received a passing grade from Red Deer city council on Monday.

The document was approved to guide city and community actions regarding water, ecology, transportation, built environments, air, energy and waste. It also gives targets that Red Deer could work towards by 2015, 2020 and 2035. READ
