CRISP aims to be ‘proactive instead of reactive’

A long-term plan to ensure infrastructure is in place to support development of the Peace River oil sands area is in the works.

The Peace River CRISP (Comprehensive Regional Infrastructure Sustainability Plan) is the third and final plan to be completed in Alberta, with the prior two being the Athabasca CRISP and the Cold Lake CRISP based on the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) definition of oil sands regions.
