EDMONTON – Office vacancy in downtown Edmonton fell below seven per cent as a landlord’s market emerges, according to a report from Avison Young.

The commercial real estate firm said Wednesday in its fourth-quarter report that overall downtown office vacancy was 6.9 per cent, down 1.6 per cent year-over-year.
