Red Deer drivers can expect a very busy road construction season.  Three major projects highlight this year’s list:  improvements to 55th Street, a roundabout and extension at 67th Street and 30th Avenue and the revitalization of Taylor Drive between 43rd Street and Taylor Drive Bridge.
