EDMONTON- Planning for an Old Strathcona LRT line likely faces continued delays after councillors balked Wednesday at doing work unlikely to be needed for years.

The so-called central area circulator is a low-floor LRT loop intended to link Bonnie Doon Mall, the University of Alberta and downtown, passing through some of Edmonton’s most densely populated neighbourhoods.
