Report shows how much Gen Z in San Antonio will pay in rent by age 30

As people continue to face rising costs to own a home across the U.S. and in San Antonio, a new report points to rental housing being the affordable option for an up and coming group of youth that are staring down adulthood. A recent report says that the San Antonio Gen Z group, or anyone born after 1996, will have paid $128,763 in rent from age 22 to 30, according to Rent Cafe.
