Out with the old and in with the new.

The Maple Tree Grill is all but gone, and plans are now set for a makeover, following the Feb. 12 city council meeting.

A proposal was put forward for the renovations to Maple Tree Grill for conversion into a Sawmill Prime Rib and Steak House.
