An update on the functional planning study being conducted on the twinning needs for a section of Highway 15 was presented to Strathcona County council its last meeting in October.

The functional planning study evaluates the twinning needs of the section of the highway from Fort Saskatchewan at Range Road 220 to Highway 830 north, or Range Road 210, approximately 11 kilometres of roadway.
