Town of Sylvan Lake’s proposed budget calls for a 2.4 per cent municipal tax rate increase.

Since many homeowners’ properties have dropped slightly in value, the typical house owner is expected to see a 1.3 per cent tax rate increase, which would add $21.50 to their annual tax bill.
