These S.F. neighborhoods are seeing the biggest drops in rents

Recently, rental listing site Zumper made news by announcing both that San Francisco had reached a new peak in rental prices and that the city had the most expensive one-bedroom apartments in the world. While some have pointed out that Zumper’s methodology means that its figures are based largely on the higher rents garnered by new construction buildings, Zumper’s Crystal Chen stands by the figures and says the data is “sourced through a combination of proprietary listings posted by brokers through our Zumper Pro tool and third-party listings received from MLS providers.”
