Most people are aware that Alberta’s employment picture is a pretty good one.

In February, the province had the second lowest unemployment rate in the country at 4.5 per cent, behind only Saskatchewan’s 3.8 per cent.

As a contrast, the national unemployment rate was 7.0 per cent.
