Downtown sidewalks will become more lively, wider and user-friendly. But parking will be easier, too.
Those are some of the visions for downtown Lethbridge, as the city prepares a new area redevelopment plan. If approved by city council, it could see more office and residential development south of 4 Avenue South, with commercial uses focused between 4 Avenue and the Park Place mall.
