Airdrie bridge deemed “aging faster than expected” as new weight limit will hit 8 Street (Airdrie)

Airdrie is implementing an eight-tonne weight limit on the 8 Street bridge near Kimmer’s convenience store and the Silver Creek community after an inspection showed the structure is aging faster than expected, according to a City of Airdrie news release.
