Blanket rezoning hasn't strained city infrastructure, admin report claims (Calgary)

The city’s switch to residential grade-oriented infill (R-CG) as the default residential zoning district last year has had a “negligible effect” on Calgary’s water, roads and park infrastructure, according to a new city report.
