City looks to begin first steps for project to replace Bearspaw South Feeder Main (Calgary)

The city has begun inviting vendors to share their plans for constructing the first stage of a pipeline that will eventually replace a feeder main whose failure precipitated a state of local emergency in the summer of last year.
