Many outlying Calgary communities see sliding home sales, prices (Calgary)

Several outlying communities had cooling conditions similar to those seen in Calgary in November. Calgary Real Estate Board statistics from last month show Airdrie experienced among the sharpest decline with resales at more than 14 per cent year over year, leading to a nearly five per cent drop in benchmark price to $514,000.
