Opinion: The Carney-Smith deal is a grand concession, not a grand bargain (Canada)

In response to the stunning memorandum of understanding between Premier Danielle Smith and Prime Minister Mark Carney, some have suggested there is a “method to Carney’s madness,” while others have called it a grand betrayal.
