'There's no such thing as free parking': Edmonton looking to charge fees at attractions (Edmonton)

From the Telus World of Science to the Valley Zoo, many city-owned attractions in Edmonton offer free parking. As the city faces rising property taxes, one councillor is calling for a review of that practice.
