Calgary sees declining rents in February (Calgary)

 

Calgary remains one of Canada’s lower cost rental markets among major cities with median rents falling in February across the board. A report from online rental marketplace Zumper.com found the median monthly rent for a one-bedroom in the city was $1,600 in February, down one per cent from January. Year over year, rent was down more than four per cent.
