New multi-family sales fall below historical average in Calgary (Calgary)

Sales of new multi-family homes in Calgary ended last year well below the long-term historical average. A recent report from Zonda Urban found that sales were 35 per cent below the historical average in the last (fourth) quarter of 2025.
