Some cities buck national trend, see strong price growth to end year (Canada)

  

The national picture for housing prices showed a decline in December, but some cities stood out with high growth in 2025, a new report has revealed. National online housing market portal, Wahi, released a report in late January based on its RPS-Wahi House Price Index. It found that in aggregate prices fell one per cent in Canada in December year over year.
