Buyers market for Calgary apartments due to oversupply, detached home market tight says CREB (Calgary)

Calgary’s detached and semi-detached markets remain tight, while apartment-style properties continue to remain oversupplied, with conditions favouring the buyer, according to the latest figures by the Calgary Real Estate Board.
