St. Albert looks to impose $100 late fee to increase Downtown BIA tax compliance (St. Albert)

St. Albert's Downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA) tax compliance rate is significantly lower than that in other municipalities, city administration told council last week while presenting the Downtown Business Association's (DBA) budget last week.
