Housing affordability erodes in February in most Canadian markets (Canada)

The cost of ownership has become more onerous in most major Canadian markets, a new study has found. Ratehub.ca published its monthly assessment of the cost of a mortgage for the average priced home in 13 major markets, finding costs rose in all but two municipalities.
