Rocky View County approves 4.14% tax increase, first since 2023 (Cochrane)

Rocky View County residents will see a municipal property tax increase in 2026 for the first time since 2023 after council approved a budget aimed at sustaining core services and keeping pace with infrastructure demands in one of Alberta’s fastest-growing rural municipalities.
