Sales, prices fell in most communities near Calgary (Calgary)

Activity in Calgary’s surrounding markets in March mostly declined versus the same period a year ago, continuing the trend of decreasing demand and growing supply in most outlying communities. Calgary Real Estate Board statistics from last month reveal that all but one community saw year-over-year drops in home resales.
