Brooks homeowners can expect about $21 average monthly increase to taxes (Medicine Hat)

Following council’s approval of the 2026 property tax rate, the average homeowner in Brooks will see a $12.56 increase monthly for municipal taxes on top of $8.93 in provincial education taxes.
