City seeking council approval of $1 million for gas meter replacement (Medicine Hat)

Following an approval of more than $21 million to be added to the upcoming budget to modernize three of the city’s aging substations, staff are seeking a little more than $1 million to replace residential gas meters that are no longer approved for continued service.
