Strathcona County reports higher surplus, steady growth (Sherwood Park)

Strathcona County ended 2025 on solid financial footing, recording a $103.6 million accounting surplus, although the actual operating surplus used for tax calculations was approximately $1 million, an increase from $88.2 million the year before, while maintaining high resident satisfaction and steady growth, according to its latest annual report.
