Calgary office vacancy edges lower as leasing activity picks up (Calgary)

Calgary’s office market saw more than 200,000 square feet of space sold or leased this quarter — the highest absorption since 2024 — but lease activity in one southeast Calgary complex accounts for a significant portion of the spike.
