Councillors mum as motion to oppose coal mining dies before debate (Medicine Hat)

Medicine Hat city councillors will not be sending provincial leaders a letter of opposition to coal mining projects in the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains after a motion brought forward by Coun. Bill Cocks was put to bed before it had the opportunity to get discussed publicly.
