The never-ending road to Ray Gibbon Drive (St. Albert)

Few issues have made a mark on St. Albert’s history as big as Ray Gibbon Drive. Once known as the west regional bypass, it’s a project that has shaped the city’s physical and political landscape for more than 50 years.
