New multi-family sales in Calgary drop to lowest levels since 2022 (Calgary)

New multi-family sales in Calgary continued their downward trend this past spring market. A recent report from Zonda found that 641 sales occurred from April to the end of June — the second quarter of 2026 — versus 830 sales for the same period a year ago.
