Canadian homebuyers’ market confidence grows (Canada)

Canada’s housing market showed early signs of a potential recovery this summer with rising sales, marking the fourth consecutive month increase. A recent report from National Bank of Canada Capital Markets found sales increased nationally 0.5 per cent in July from June, while new listings dropped nearly two per cent.
