City's sidewalk network faces quarter-billion-dollar repair backlog: report (Calgary)

The City of Calgary is facing a quarter-billion-dollar price tag to repair its most cracked and crumbling sidewalks, according to a report from administration, which calls on council to dramatically bolster the capital budget for repairs and maintenance.
